There is ABSOLUTELY nothing like being hugged back from a horse. He really made my day. My Axel.

🎃🍂 The McLaughlins’ Great Pumpkin Tradition! 🍂🎃

Chris took the morning off, so we snuck away to Burt’s Pumpkin Farm to find the McLaughlins’ Great Pumpkin! 🎃❤️

We missed our yearly tradition last year because of my horse accident, so this morning was extra special! Nothing better than picking pumpkins and making memories with the love of my life! 🥰🍁

🐾💨 Creed was burning off some energy in the backyard today! 😂

The problem isn’t when he runs AWAY from you… it’s when he comes BACK! 🤣 97 pounds of Doberman coming at you like a freight train with NO BRAKES! 🚂💥

🐴💕 Little Steps, BIG Progress!

Working with our girl Lady to eventually get a halter on her, and she is doing AMAZING! ❤️

Today we worked on getting the lead rope over her neck and up behind her ears. Each time she gives in to the pressure, I release and walk away. Teaching her that pressure goes away when she responds. 🥰

Slow and steady, building trust one little step at a time! So proud of this girl! ❤️🐴
