We’re still smiling after our First Look Cellar Room Experience! 🍷✨

We’re so happy to hear how much our guests enjoyed this special event. Our team put so much thought and care into creating an experience that showcased five unreleased wines alongside incredible pairings from Savage Chef.

From fresh oysters paired with our Reserve Albariño to hibachi short rib alongside our San Ignacio Cabernet Sauvignon, each bite was thoughtfully created to bring the wines to life.

A huge thank you to Savage Chef Bar And Grill for helping us create such a memorable experience, and to everyone who joined us. We loved sharing these new wines with you for the very first time. Cheers to more unforgettable pairings to come! 🥂

🍷 RELEASE DAY IS HERE!

Today, our Red & Mixed Clubs welcome the 2023 Crowded and 2025 Sauvignon Blanc!

To celebrate, we’re going Behind the Bottle with Winemaker Brian Marquez for a closer look at the 2023 Crowded — the story behind the blend, what makes this vintage unique, and the flavors you’ll discover in every glass.

A Wiens Cellars favorite since 2004, Crowded is known for bringing multiple varietals together into one beautifully layered blend. The 2023 vintage opens with blackberry jam and fig, followed by notes of cedar and caramel toffee, all wrapped in smooth tannins.

And for something bright and refreshing, the 2025 Sauvignon Blanc brings vibrant citrus, passionfruit and crisp acidity to this month’s release. 🥂
