Crispy, golden, and straight from the sea to your table.

Our Crispy Red Snapper is a whole red snapper, deep-fried to perfection and served with our signature Thai seafood dipping sauce, fresh herbs & lime. 🌶️🍋🌿

Pair it with a chilled glass of Wiens Cellars Sauvignon Blanc from Temecula Valley for the perfect Thai dining experience. 🍷

Come hungry. Leave happy. ❤️

Harvest season at Wiens = organized chaos. 🍇🍷

While the tasting room is pouring, our w**emaking team is BUSY behind the scenes - picking, crushing, pressing, checking tanks, moving w**e, cleaning…and then cleaning some more. 😂

The days are long, the grapes don’t wait, and there’s always something happening in the cellar. But this is where the magic starts. ✨

Every bottle begins with a few very busy weeks like these.

It’s harvest season! 🍇
