Looking for a honey that’s rich, sweet, and unbelievably thick? That’s Sunflower Honey.

This stuff is seriously thick. Stick a spoon straight into the jar and it’ll practically stand on its own. Harvested from sunflower fields in California’s Imperial Valley, it’s bold, creamy, intensely sweet, and one of the most unique honeys we produce.

If you like your honey thick, rich, and decadent, you need to try this one.

Meet Superbloom Honey.

After a wet Southern California winter, spring can bring an incredible overlap of blooms, turning normally dry hillsides yellow, purple, orange and white.

For the bees, it means nectar from what feels like everything, all at once.

The result is Superbloom: rich, thick, complex honey that captures one exceptional Southern California moment in a jar.

One season. A whole landscape. One jar. Taste it while it lasts.

We craft small-batch honey with the same care as fine w**e or single-origin coffee. From the sun-soaked deserts to the misty Southern California coast, each harvest captures a different time and place. We leave every batch raw, keep it close to nature, and let the honey speak for where it came from.

Some of the best honey California has to offer, kept wild.

Three regions. Three completely different jars of honey. Real raw honey tastes like the place it was made. Desert wildflowers. Coastal hillsides. California foothills.

Taste all three and discover the difference for yourself.

This isn’t factory honey. Taste something raw, pure and that tells the story of the place, the bees and the people that make it.

Superbloom is back and this batch is something special.

With the right amount of rain and spring heat, there’s a brief moment in Southern California when everything seems to bloom at once. Hillsides light up, wildflowers explode across the landscape, and the bees have an incredible variety of nectar to choose from.

That moment is what you’re tasting in Superbloom. Link in bio.

We foraged raspberry honey. Available now. Link in bio.

No, we didn’t simply add raspberries to it. Our new Raspberry Honey is pure raw honey made from the nectar of raspberry blossoms, which bloom for just a couple of short weeks before the berries ever appear. The result is a luminous golden-amber honey that’s incredibly smooth, bright and floral, with an unmistakable raspberry character that comes entirely from the bloom. This limited Washington State harvest is also the first release from our new Foraged Collection, exceptional honeys we discover beyond our own harvests, sourced in small quantities from beekeepers and places we trust. Sometimes we find something that’s simply too special not to share. This is one of them. We have very little, and when it’s gone, we don’t know when we’ll have it again.

What does an organic farm look like? - it looks like this.

A 7-foot milk thistle growing wild because we don’t spray pesticides in our organic orchard. Healthy soil grows healthy plants, and healthy plants support healthy pollinators.

Our bees forage in an environment where wildflowers are allowed to thrive, not manicured into submission. That’s part of what makes truly raw, single-origin honey so special.

Nature does its best work when we let it.
