Now if I wanted these two in the load chute it would take all day to convince them. Accidentally have the gate swing open and they are fighting to get in there. Don’t worry, they are still contained 😂

It’s soup season! And this copycat Zupa Toscana recipe is a favorite around here.
We make it a little more healthy by omitting the bacon and using lean bison sweet Italian brats, you can slice open the tubes and squeeze it out or just cut them into coins!

When I got up this morning I said brrrrr it’s chilly 🥶 we are sure plunging headfirst into autumn 🍂

Perhaps the best way to drive out the chill is to spice it up with a steaming bowl of bison chili 🌶️! It’s definitely going on the menu for us this week.

We have all of your favorite cool weather fixins like chuck roast, soup bones and of course ground for chili and other soups 🥘🍜

I’m hitching the wagon and heading to the processor tomorrow to pick up the recent bison harvest 🥩🌭🍔🌮
