The Global Supply Chain Crisis. What a fun topic!

Basically, key materials for manufacturing are in short supply globally at the moment. The who, what, and why of it all can be confusing and politically divisive, but for the customer, it means longer lead times for special order appliances, and inaccurate ETAs based on production delays. I know, we're just as sick of it as you are. Yuck.

The good news is that we still have plenty of appliances at our warehouse, and are working every day to keep our best-sellers in stock. Talk to an appliance expert here and we can pair you with something you'll love and can get quickly!

Whew, that was a long boring explanation, so I'll end by saying that there's currently no global **e, , or shortages, so stop in and stock up!

FOUND: missing dishwasher. Dropped off by the garbage bins at Ralph’s Joy of Living. Please come get it, it’s very friendly (answers to “Kenmore”) but we just cannot take on another dishwasher right now.

Joking aside, please don’t do this! If you need help figuring out what to do with old appliances, stop in and talk to us. We know a thing or two!

Let's address the purple elephant in the room.

Some of you may be experiencing frustration regarding appliance availability, scheduling, or broken promises. We share your frustrations, because we care.

The last thing we want is to mislead our customers. We cannot currently make promises on availability or ETAs of special orders due to the volatility of the appliance industry. The good news is that progress is being made to the supply chain, and we work hard every day to keep you informed and up-to-date. Rest assured, this problem is temporary.

We strongly suggest purchasing in-stock appliances for the moment. We are doing our best to keep our best-sellers in stock. And for those who do choose to special order, please understand that some items are unfortunately backordered until 2027. (As always, Speed Queen will remain in-stock!)

We deeply thank everyone for their understanding and patience as we navigate these waters. One promise we can make is that you will enjoy our 9000+ products such as w**e, coffee, olive oils, gadgets, mattresses, cookware, decor, and so much more.
