Sapphire is pulling fur!

So Mamas had their babies!

Theia: 8 viable
Amethyst: 3 DOA
Sapphire: 2 viable, 2 peanuts
Queen: 4 viable, 1 peanut

Amethyst had complications during her delivery and they three didn’t make it. But God finds a way! Theia had 8 so I fostered 3 of Theias to Amethyst and she is doing great! I wanted to thank God for at least this many even though things didn’t work out the way I wanted. I also have a mystery color and I have no idea what it is because it’s not tort, it’s not otter, it’s not black, it’s just a pink baby with brown around its eyes. Rabbit color experts what is it?

Only a few more days left until my babies are here! The picture is of Queen a week before we bred her and if you even just touched her backside she lifts😳. They are ready to become mamas. I can try to get a before and after pic of the nest boxes. These mamas have been building their nests for a week now and amethyst has hers filled with so much stuff🥰 and so does Sapphire.

Two male holland lops in need of a home and are both not in the greatest of health because of bad genetics. THEY ARE NOT CONTAGIOUS. They will be culled probably If no home is found by 9/26. They just need a home where they can be closely monitored because of health. I am doing this for their safety and well being. Please be serious and experienced and willing to manage upkeep. They are VERY SWEET and love attention and cuddles. In fact they are my two sweetest. I will not meet you outside of Tifton. Located In Tifton, GA.

Heyyy! I'd so excited for my first day of fall babies due for nationals! Sapphire already built a big nest and I hope my two first time moms do well because I'm really counting on them🥹.

GC Roberts Rabbits' Topaz X Rabun Farms' Queen
GC Burgan's Zeus x Roberts Rabbits Sapphire
(3 legs) Roberts Rabbits' Pug x Roberts Rabbits Theia
BFE's Peter Fitz (Fizzy) x Roberts Rabbits Amethyst

I am so excited about these pairings and I have a few that I really need offspring from and then they probably will leave but I'm not for sure also if you will notice I have two homegrown I'm breeding together so they will be fully 2nd generation Roberts Rabbits. Also to my friends, mentors and family: Love you guys and you are all appreciated greatly in the bunny journey.

YES this is an old picture of Pug and YES he is adorable and YES he will never leave my barn and YES I am too lazy to upload a new picture.

Y'all will get an update on babies either the day they're born or the day after Sept 22-23 but I can't wait for my wiggly jiggly worms 🥰. ALSO there is a chance for fox in 3/4 litters and a chance of dilute in 3/4 of the litters so hopefully some foxes and dilutes!!!

Jesus loves you and Pug does too
