Now that was a party!

Thank you Saints for all the love you showed yesterday. You packed the house, we poured an unbelievable number of anniversary beers (among Geebs, who else loves Geebs!) and we now deem The Ditch officially open (grandly!)

Thanks to Chris N Rizz for keeping the live tuneage going all afternoon and to North Shore Beef and Frizzle's for feeding the masses!

Happy Anniversary AND Grand Opening of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 Saints. We took the IPA we first brewed to celebrate the soft opening of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 and turned it up to 11 to celebrate today. Check it out.

Happy Anniversary AND Grand Opening to our taproom, The Ditch. AIN’T THAT A DITCH takes an ambitious anniversary spin on the IPA we opened with and turns it up to 11. It’s a 7.3% DDH IPA brewed with Eggers Special, Nectaron, Superdelic, Mosaic Cryo Fresh, and Strata Cryo Hops. Big bundles of white gummy bear and white wine surge through a berry medley with fruity hints of grenadine and cherry. Big, bold, and balanced bitterness, just like Johnny Guitar Watson would’ve liked.

We hope you can come celebrate today with us - the party begins at noon and runs through 6 PM with music from Chris & Rizz and food from North Shore Beef and Frizzle's.

It’s gonna be a hot one, but we’ve got 3 brand new killer West Coast IPAs to cool you down, along with the rest of our draft list.

Anniversary Drop #2 is some fresh fire we made with El Segundo Brewing!

We popped our hops out the trunk of the van to create 𝐇𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞, a super-saturated collaboration with our friends at El Segundo Brewing Company.

𝐇𝐨𝐩 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐞 | 𝐃𝐃𝐇 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐏𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛 𝐰/ 𝐄𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 | 𝟔.𝟒%
Our South Bay brethren from El Segundo Brewing Company hopped out the van to brew a DDH West Coast IPA that bridges the gap between our hoppy proclivities. Mosaic Cryo Fresh, Cascade Cryo, Chinook, Mosaic, and Nelson 3 ways (hotside, hop dip, and dry hop) make up this ode to our beasty beer instincts. To put it simply; we sprinkled hop sauce all over this dish. Pithy grapefruit, pomelo, cara cara orange zest, and an approachable dankness keep it cool with every sip.

Let the Anniversary drops begin 🫳

The first of three anniversary drops is 𝟑𝟎-𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞, our collab with our friends at Tustin Brewing Company. Inspired by head brewer Danny Gasket’s love for tennis, the name’s a double entendre for some tennis love along with our Anniversary coinciding with Tustin’s 30th this past weekend.

We served up a collab that doubles as a celebration for our anniversary as well as celebrates our friends at Tustin Brewing Company! This is a 6.9% DDH West Coast IPA packed with Simcoe Cryo Fresh, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic. The result is quite the ace westie; a pine-forward beer with big citrus energy, a hit of white grape, and some passionfruit on the backend. Help us lob out 30-LOVE and keep the celebration going until the last can!

This Saturday, we’re officially hosting a Grand Opening for this ‘lil airy taproom we call 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡.

In conjunction with celebrating the 11th Anniversary of 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭, we’re finally giving 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 the opening it deserves. Join us this Saturday from 12-6 PM as we release THREE anniversary beers (including collabs with our friends and ), enjoy live music from Chris & Rizz, as well as food vendors!!

We’re putting in crazy work for Saturday!

The Grand Opening / Anniversary Party for 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 is this Saturday from 12-6 PM! We’ve got live music, food vendors, and the release of two collab beers and a special anniversary edition of Ain’t That A Ditch IPA!

Our Anniversary beer is transferring!!

Get ready to try 𝐀𝐢𝐧’𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡: 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 next week for our Grand Opening/Anniversary party at 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡! We took the West Coast IPA we soft-opened with and amped it up to 11.

So join us at our taproom at 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 on Saturday, August 29th from 12 PM - 6 PM as we ring in year 12 and officially open the doors at 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 for the long-awaited Grand Opening.
