I’ve got 1134 problems but a Pils ain’t one.

This is 𝐋𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐠, a brand new Modern American Pilsner using solely HBC-1134 hops from our friends at John I. Haas, Inc..

There’s big lemon head hard candy energy, with a citrus heavy profile that absolutely flies in the face of the super-lean pils malt bill. It’s fragrant as heck with some lovely noble hop herbal, grassy character. 5.4%, crispy and bold, and available today at 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐮𝐛 and 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡!

Thanks for the support as always - and come on by and try some award winning batches today!

Great quality b**r starts with great quality hops.

Even though hop harvest is behind us, we’re still adding a bit to our lovingly hand-selected hop repertoire for next year. Yesterday we got to do an educational hop rubbing session with some of our staff as we picked through a few killer lots of Mosaic from our friends at Hollingbery & Son Hops.

We can’t wait to share this beautiful selection of Mosaic in Pure Intention next year!
