Make your matcha menu more memorable. Try out Banana matcha latte!

Banana Milk
•200 ml choice of milk
•36 grams of banana powder

Matcha
•5 g of uji matcha
•60 ml of hot water

Creme Foam
•20 g whipping powder
•10–15 g banana powder
•6 oz whole milk or heavy cream

1.) Prepare the banana cream foam by combining the whipping powder, banana powder, and whole milk (or heavy cream). Mix until smooth and thickened. Set aside.

2.) In a separate bowl, whisk the Uji matcha powder with hot water until fully dissolved and smooth.

3.) In a shaker cup, combine the milk and banana powder. Stir or shake until fully incorporated.

4.) Fill a serving glass with ice.
Pour the banana milk into the glass.

5.) Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the banana milk to create a layered effect.

6.) Top with a generous layer of banana cream foam.
Serve and enjoy.
