Lamb is back in stock! We know you’ve all been waiting patiently for us to restock the farm store with lamb and the moment has finally come! We’ve got chops, ground, butterflied legs, sirloin roasts, shoulders, and those boneless rolled loin roasts that Ruth Reichl is a fan of!

All of the lamb we carry in the store is grass fed & grass finished, raised right here at Kinderhook Farm 💖

Last week on the farm! Our hens are letting us know that fall is on its way. They’ve started molting and are already producing far fewer eggs than they were a couple of weeks ago. Our flock of pregnant ewes are due to start dropping lambs soon, but for now they’re enjoying the views from on top of their hillside pasture. The last group of meat chickens and guinea hens are looking good and growing every day. And our bee keeper Jon harvested our honey over the weekend! It’s available in the farm store as of today. Yay!

The spring lambs are officially weaned! They’ve moved out to a new pasture with their guard dog Louie. Took a little convincing but they’re pretty cool with their new digs.
