The End of a Beautiful Chapter — Thank You, Greensboro ❤️

A Message from Ravi & Chef Ruchi

After 15 incredible years, we have made the difficult decision that Saturday, June 13, 2026, will be the final day of service for At Elm Street Grill.

When we opened our doors, we dreamed of creating a place where people could gather, celebrate, enjoy great food, and feel genuinely welcomed. Together, we built something we are immensely proud of.

Thanks to our loyal guests, our dedicated team, and the unwavering support of this community, At Elm Street Grill grew into one of Greensboro’s most loved restaurants. Being ranked among the top restaurants in Greensboro and reaching #3 out of 843 restaurants on TripAdvisor is an achievement that belongs to all of us.

None of this would have been possible without our guests who returned again and again, our staff who worked tirelessly alongside us, and the countless friends who became family over the years.

Ruchi and I have poured our hearts and souls into this restaurant every single day. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, engagements, retirements, and life’s special moments with so many of you. Those memories will stay with us forever.

At the same time, the restaurant industry continues to face significant challenges. Rising costs, changing consumer habits, and economic uncertainty have made it increasingly difficult for independent restaurants across the country to sustain the level of quality, hospitality, and service that guests deserve. As many of you have seen, beloved restaurants everywhere are facing the same reality.

We leave with gratitude, pride, and our heads held high for what we accomplished together.

If there is a passionate restaurateur who would like to carry the torch forward from this location, we would welcome that conversation and would love to see this space continue serving the community we cherish.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives for the past 15 years.

Another quick trip into Greensboro but got to check out the & at Revolution Mill and I must say I am loving this set up. Live music, take your tacos into the brewery, find a patio table outside or inside the hang out spots are endless 🌮🍕🍺

Well,
It’s no secret that most of our favorite local businesses are struggling right now — and we’re no exception. The past year has been incredibly tough, and despite our best efforts, the economic pressure has made it harder than ever to keep the doors open.
We don’t want to close. Not even a little. But the reality is, if things don’t change, we’re facing a very real possibility of having to shutter for good.
That said, we’re not giving up without one hell of a fight. We’re making some tough but necessary adjustments to our schedule so we can keep going as long as possible.

Effective immediately:

• New Events an Things On The Horizon. Check Back Frequently For Updates!
• DJ nights are being reduced to once per month
• Live Music nights are on hold indefinitely
We’ll still be open and pouring cold drinks — we’re just scaling back on the bigger entertainment nights to ease the financial strain.

We still have a few great nights coming up though, and we’d love to see you there:

• Saturday, May 30th — MOTORVADER Rocks The House

• Friday, June 5th — dj_lilxtra returns for our Summer Kickoff Beach Party

• Saturday, June 6th — The Boys with Crypt Kicker are graciously donating their time to blow the roof off.

If you’ve been meaning to come out, now is the time. Your support really does make the difference between us sticking around or having to say goodbye.
Come hang with us, bring some friends, and let’s keep the good times rolling while we still can. We truly appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

The Wake Forest Police Department will host a community outreach event TODAY, May 19th from 5:30- 7:30 p.m. at Tikila Tacos and Mezcal, 1000 Forestville Rd.

This event offers a great opportunity to connect with local officers while supporting a, family-owned business in our community.

Event highlights include:
