Evelyn collected the honey from her hive last night. She got 11.5 pints! Some of you know this has been her dream and goal for a few years, honestly she was always the most involved when Nick was talking and learning about bees ❤️ and Finn had no fear of the bees, she did get one sting when she was holding it in her closed fist. Even with that sting she said she still liked the bees and they were friendly. So maybe we will have 2 bee keepers.

Trying to work on my menu for the Walhalla Growers and Makers Market how are we feeling about fall flavors? Or should we milk every last drop of summer 🤣 I'm ready for fall but I know not everyone is as excited.
