In 1965 Howard Guse, founder, planted 2 acres of Scotch pine one by one with a shovel. During the first few years the business was operated out of a 2 car garage, and since then it has grown to occupy a 48'x68' building which is quickly becoming to small. As mentioned before Guse Christmas Trees is both family owned and operated. Cliff Guse, Howards oldest son, owns and runs the business. During Christmas Tree season the whole Guse family comes together to make the magic happen along with several wonderful friends.
