I don’t understand why I enjoy roasted pumpkin seeds.
The taste is obviously great, but the texture feels like something I shouldn’t enjoy chewing on but for some reason I enjoy chewing on them.

My son had a day full of pumpkins.
Went to the pumpkin patch, helped me carve a pumpkin, hung out in the pumpkin, and ate pumpkin puree for the first time and he loved it.

Dinner tonight: Korean BBQ Chicken Thighs, Broccoli, and White Rice.

As you may have noticed, I have been cooking at home and posting more this past week so here is an update: I started a new job this week that has me working normal day time hours Monday-Friday for the first time in my life. What that means is, I get to spend a lot more time with my family, friends, and in my kitchen. I know I’ve promised a few times to get back to making videos and sharing more food with y’all, but I really mean it this time. 😂

Shared this ribeye with my wife so I cooked it to a perfect medium as she prefers.
It was delicious and the espresso ancho chili rub works very well with the steak, but, as I expected, I’m more of a classic steak guy and will prefer just salt and pepper 8 times out of 10.
