30+ lbs of ground deer processed and ready for the freezer and we are only 6 days into the season. 15+ meals for our family, not including the roasts, tenderloins, backstrap and heart we are eating fresh this week!

We love the opportunity to fill our freezer this time of year, to deepen our relationship with nature, and to continue preserving the skill of self sufficiency.

Our first lesson in life is to learn to process your own deer. Not only will it evolve your appreciation for the animal that feeds you, but processing your own animal in your own home will ensure that you know exactly what you are eating, what is in it and where it came from.

More to come my friends, this is the season that our lives revolve around.

Announcement 🎉🎉

We will NOT be at Columbia Community Market this week! We apologize for the inconvenience. We will still be at Millstadt Township Farmers’ Market

With that being said, we’ve decided to keep our farmstand open Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, stocked with fresh eggs, fresh sourdough, home steeped vanilla extract and more! New to the farm stand this week is Pumpkin Chocolate Chip sourdough. Yummy!!!!

We’re trying to gauge Farmstand business going into the off season from markets. If we strike your fancy being open during the week and/or Saturdays, stop on by and snag some goodies so we can decide what days we will stay open throughout the fall and winter!

We are self serve farm stand, accepting cash or Venmo
