Buy from your local farmer!! It might be “less convenient” that the grocery store, but MUCH more healthy and fresh!!

What if every family bought their food from a local farmer 👩‍🌾 No seriously, what would be different?

🌱 Families would have more nutrient dense food

🌱 Farmers would make more money (which would encourage them and their children to keep farming)

🌱 People would know where their food comes from and how it was grown

🌱 Community bonds would be stronger

🌱 There would be independence from supply chain breakdown

It sounds glorious to me… what do you think? 🤔

Lamb shanks for supper. Trying a new recipe - will give you a review later. It calls for 2 cups of red wine, so I’m thinking it isn’t possible for it to be bad. Also I am not a food photographer, but please give me 5 stars for wiping my camera clean (why is it always so dirty?) 🌟
