The agricultural industry often finds the best solution for crop treatment in aerial spraying, seeding, or fertilizing. Storm Spraying Service is locally owned and operated and has been in business for over 40 years with over 50,000 hours for flying time. Our business is open year round to meet all of our customers' needs. Daybreak and dusk are usually the best times of the day for aerial application. Ideal conditions exist when wind and the summer sun are at a minimum. Before starting an application, an experienced ag pilot first plots the fields to be treated and surveys the areas for hazards and obstacles, including wires, trees, posts, wind turbines, towers, etc. He also needs to be aware of neighboring crops, field workers, and livestock. All of these observations are made before the first pass is made. When actual application begins, engine instruments, boom pressure, and GPS guidance are watched closely, while wind movement is constantly monitored for a successful and professional application. At Storm Spraying Service, our applicator's first and foremost concern is his customer's satisfaction. The benefits of Aerial Application are numerous!
- No tire tracks and compaction
- Prop wash, wingtip vortices, and speed all help create excellent canopy pe*******on
- Improve standability and harvest efficiency
