The bull that Jesse Weber forgot to picture. The bull that we didn’t originally have picked out as a prospect for our purchase list. We trusted the process and it certainly was rewarding. We originally purchased Beartooth to use as a heifer bull, and he certainly did very well with that task. He has now upgraded his status to herd bull.

His progeny have proved to be highly sought after during their time at sale offerings. The first daughters are in milk, the first bulls have their own calves on the ground runnin. Beartooth will be seeing the forefront of our cowherd this breeding season during AI and pasture breeding.

Tomorrow is the day!

On February 24th, 1 pm CST, Kist Livestock, we would like to invite everyone to attend our 50th Annual Bull Sale!

Lunch will be provided, and prime rib sandwiches are on the menu!

We cannot wait to see the familiar faces and meet new supporters of our program. This day is going to be a milestone accomplishment for us, and we couldn’t have asked for a better upbringing until this moment.

Every rancher and cattle producer has their own goals for their herd. One of our goals is to raise cattle that have a balanced combination of phenotype and genotype. We feel that EPD's are a very good tool when selecting the next herd bull or female to add to your herd. BUT, we don't let EPD's over shadow the clear fact that we want our cows and bulls to look good.

We DO NOT select our genetics for the show ring. Yes, we do exhibit our genetics in shows across the US and Canada, but we do not selectively breed for show ring success. We breed for success in the pasture. The pasture is the show ring that our cattle exhibit in every day of their lives.

Long story short...put L83 Outlaw 19N into your pastures and let him win PASTURE BANNERS for many years to come.

It is our great pleasure to include this stellar set of heifers for offer at our Annual Bull Sale. Lonnie and Amy Wolff have decided that they are willing to let go of 40 open commercial red angus heifers. From the tip top of their replacement pen!

How is their temperament? Amy walks through them daily

What do they weigh? Lonnie said they average at right around 750 lbs

Starting on April 1st we will begin deliveries. Scheduling deliveries with the buyers, we will work with each and every one of you to make things go as smoothly and timely as possible
