Hot and spicy or regular???

I tell you what. If you ask for hot and spicy...you better know what you talking about.

My pics don't do it justice. It's almost midnight and I'm trying their boudin. They know what they are doing. I like the side pack of crackers. Any boudin lover/maker knows you can't have one without the other.

When I tell you I tried the spicy boudin 1st... bit into it fresh off the pit...and it was like biting into an active volcano... 🔥 🌋🌋

There's a new sherrif in town and he ain't shooting blanks.

I am yet to try the turkey leg.

FYI...it's $10 to get in and well worth it.
