How's everyone doing with fall settling in??

I'm trying hard to take time to enjoy these cooler temps.

I'm noticing more simple moments, little things that make me smile or take a breath.

It's kind of nice and I hope it continues.

I took these pictures to show you what I mean.

I hope you're all easing back into school smoothly 🎒 Wait. Is that even a thing?? 🤔

School is hard in so many different ways-

🏀 Sports

📖 Academic pressure

⏳️ Time constraints

📝College applications

Maybe you're doing A-OK and you'd like to keep it that way! 👏💪

If you, your kids or your friends could use some support, we are here for it!

How are we feeling about back to school?? Who's ready for routine and schedules? 🤗 Who's worried about change? 🫤 Does life feel like it slows does after summer fun? 🐌

This is typically a time to reset, right? New shoes 👟 Fresh new schedules 📅 New travel coffee cup maybe ☕️

If your reset includes some time for yourself maybe therapy is on your agenda. Time to reflect and check in with yourself can be so refreshing and motivating. Therapy doesn't have to be about having a problem or major struggle. Time outdoors often leads to deeper self care and greater insight. Therapy on the farm or in the woods just lands differently. It feels nice. Comfortable. Casual.
