We've reimagined our Littles to feel a little more dressed up and topped beautifully.
Making them perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, celebrations, or just a “because I wanted cheesecake” moment.

We’ll now have 3 staple Little flavors available regularly, plus a 4th rotating flavor every week:

Dad's New York
Turtle
White Chocolate Raspberry

And that rotating one?

Dad’s NY vs. OG New York

Yes, we have two New York cheesecakes.
No, they are not the same.

Our OG New York is the one that started XO; rich, creamy, classic, and built on our signature sponge cake crust. It’s smooth, balanced, and very much the “if it isn’t broken, don’t mess with it” cheesecake.

Dad’s NY is exactly what it sounds like: my dad’s recipe.
It has that old-school New York deli vibe - a little sweeter, a little brighter with a hint of lemon, a touch of sour cream, a gluten-free graham cracker crust, and cherries on top.

Think of it like this:
OG is our classic.
Dad’s NY is the one that tastes like it came from a family recipe card and a deli counter.

Both are made in-house.
Both are always gluten-free.
And yes, you’re allowed to have a favorite.
