Their darker local honey is produced from nectar gathered in nearby alfalfa, mint, and sage fields, creating a rich, bold flavor that many people enjoy for its local pollen content. The lighter honey comes from Montana clover fields, giving it a smooth, classic sweetness and a more traditional honey taste.
