We don’t offer beef jerky, but making your own is easier than you might think.

Start with one of our lean roasts, slice it thin, then marinate it overnight with your favorite mix of salt, pepper, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic, and a little heat. From there, it’s as simple as cooking it low and slow in a smoker, dehydrator, or oven until it’s dried to your liking.

Homemade jerky, made with grass-fed and grass-finished American Wagyu.

Check out our roast selection at fourdiamondranch.com.

Check out what Ranch Manager Jim Willis cooked up for his anniversary dinner this year. A pretty good reminder that great beef doesn’t need to be complicated.

Start 'em young. Around here, the next generation learns that hard work, stewardship, and respect for the land aren't taught in a classroom.

A new look for a few of our heifers

Today we fitted part of the herd with HALTER collars, giving us another tool to better monitor grazing, improve pasture management, and keep a closer eye on the cattle. It's one more step toward making thoughtful, data-driven decisions while letting the cows do what they do best.

The future of ranching is built on tradition and innovation. Both have a place at 4 Diamond Ranch.

The 4 Diamond branding irons

Today, many ranches pair brands with modern RFID tags and other technology, but the brand remains a symbol of heritage, stewardship, and the generations of families who have cared for their land and livestock.
