What started as a husband and wife exploring a cherished hobby, quickly became a thriving family business and beloved gathering place of locals for years to come. Carrying on the family tradition is Nikki Auger: daughter of Dick & Linda, manager of Taylor Brooke Vineyard, and an extraordinary winemaker. Nikki’s husband Ralph Fiegel is the inimitable head brewer at Taylor Brooke Brewery just down the hill. With a wide variety of classes and workshops, events that include live music and food trucks, a brewery within walking distance, and 30+ wines to enjoy throughout the year, there’s surely something special at Taylor Brooke for everyone. Our Apple Brandy is bottled and ready to be savored! 🍷🍎

Made from fresh juice sourced from Woodstock Orchards, then distilled by Westford Hill Distillers and aged for four years in American Oak. We finish it with just a touch of honey from our own hives, adding a subtle sweetness to the rich, smooth apple character.
