We’re out of protein y’all! & to put it into perspective for ya…. Our sales tonight were comparable to that of a Friday or Saturday here at JAFB.

Blue skies, a hot air balloon overhead, and a packed house at Follis Field this weekend?? That's the good stuff. Grill was hot and the line didn't stop all night. 🔥

Genuinely though, seeing both sides of that crowd show up and support us while we fed the whole stadium? That's why we do this. Y'all make the long nights worth it. We appreciate every single one of you who stops by.

Our Sunday pop-up at Wooster Lowes is cancelled. & here’s why…

Your boy needs a day off 😅. I really wanted to have this day to come out & see our regulars. But if I’m honest, I’m tapped. & this trailer desperately needs some attention.

After a great week at Holmes County Fair I was eager to get back to Wooster. Somehow I overlooked the fact that working 100ish hours does find a way to creep up on you. Unfortunately for me, I found this out midway through our service at the Wooster Football Game last night. & ultimately I think our service at Bloom Market suffered because of that.

Two days in a row now we had absolute bang out services. Numbers a business owner loves to see & lines longer than you can imagine. But I didn’t feel like either service lived up to the hype on the consumer end. It’s not to say my team wasn’t giving it their all, because they were. I wasn’t as sharp as I usually am with my planning and preparation.

We have two more weeks until Taco Fest & three until the Wayne County Fair. We’re gonna slow it down a bit here over the next two weeks to get recharged and realigned.

That said, we do have two stops on the book next week. So stay tuned for that.
