Thanks for stopping by and being with us today! Being able to serve you during our training process is a crucial step towards extending hours and days 😀 there's no corporate trainers here, we are taking time to be with each team member, communicate with each guest, and drill down on each process!

We will close Friday and Saturday for adjustments, and open up with almost our entire team for service this Sunday, September 6th, from 930a.m. to 4p.m.

No matter how much an establishment thinks they're ready to open, it isn't until we have a chance to see guests interacting with our systems and processes that we can make the critical tweaks necessary to serve you best, train our team, and establish the highest possible standard. We're unbelievably proud of the space, and team, that we've built. Our menu is receiving final touches & updates over the next 48 hours and has been crafted by hand to deliver on a unique and flavor packed experience.

No more sneak peaks, let's get down to business.

Monday: Soft launch / limited menu 10a.m. to 2p.m.
Tuesday: Soft launch / limited menu 10a.m. to 2p.m.
Wednesday: Soft launch / limited menu 10:30a.m. to 3p.m.
Thursday - Sunday: TBA

Soft launch and availability will be based off of team member needs in training and process management. We will not serve a product we aren't proud of, and we will not hesitate to stop production if we think we are at risk of doing that, as your experience with us is absolutely paramount. We didn't come this far to disappoint you, so please check social media before joining us to ensure availability during this transition period. We can't wait for you to experience our space and service!

Signage installed ✅️ also we definitely hear you guys when you honk to say hello 👋 and love it! (or due to road rage we won't judge) One day at a time we are getting there! We cannot answer all the messages we are receiving currently, but
1) No we are not open quite yet

2) We will have robust online ordering options including Doordash within a week or two of opening

3) Yes we will have some incredible Gluten free items!

Today we are standardizing pastry baking and we will be slowly inviting our community in to test our processes intimately & 1v1. Our goal is not to throw our staff to the wolves, but to nuture our opening so we can provide world class service
