We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic part-time bartender for our craft brewery taproom to provide an excellent guest experience.
🍺 Good applicants will be knowledgeable in all things craft b**r related, and have a special interest in Pennsylvania craft breweries.
*Must be available weekends and for occasional private events on site*
😎 You'll be the first line of customer interaction so we need someone friendly and outgoing with a clean and neat appearance.
🥨 Being able to understand and assess customers' needs and preferences is a must have to make recommendations while taking food and drink orders.
🍴Come here often already? Even better, familiarity with the craft b**r and food menu is a plus.
In addition to guest interaction, you'll need to prioritize stocking and replenishing bar inventory & supplies to make sure the team can remain guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
Requirements to Apply:
Ability to comply with all food and beverage regulations
Proven experience as a bartender
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
RAMP Certified or ability to become RAMP certified
