These are sweet potato greens. I planted in february. Covered with a box that had plastic on it. They were in full growth by march. This is August. I have been feeding one to three buckets of greens a day from My Sweet potato patch which is about 4 ft x 6 ft. The stuff is amazing if you own poultry you want to grow this. My birds get greens every day that includes bugs and dirt also. The other thing I suggest you growing is Swiss chard it grows in 115° temperature as does sweet potatoes so you have greens for your birds when you live in a very hot place.

Everybody be really careful with your birds! Saturday daytime eight baby turkeys attacked and killed. Monday dusk for large turkey hens attacked two killed one mangle the other one holding on to its life. It's not a coyote I know what those kind of puncture wounds look like. This is raccoon fox or maybe a cat's claws. But if it was a cat I think it would have ate them

I followed the directions for making the grape starter. It worked perfectly! I made the first recipe on the video following directions exactly. Bread was a little dense. I added an eighth of a cup of water. Bread responded and became workable. Here is the finished product. Mind you the bread is sweet bread it is not sourdough. Even though it says sourdough. I made the best cinnamon rolls with this you could ever want. But I did change the recipe mix for that. Video is in first comment.

Been an interesting year on the property. 5 king snakes 4 black and white 1 orange and black. 2 gopher and 4 or 5 red racers..3 rattlesnakes Diamondbacks. I can safely say we've had 15 snakes so far since April. The cool weather is back. Keep your eyes open.

This is a statement about page Yucca AZ happenings and Patricia MARKOW. I did not nor did my husband turn her in because of her horse to the authorities. Her horse was taken by the authorities because of its feet. Patricia came to my work and accused me of turning her in 6 or 7 months after the horse had passed. My husband and I went to her 2 years ago when her shade flew down and offered to build her a wooden structure for her horse at no expense to her. She said no, then attacked us on Facebook. She said I brought a strange man to her house etc. There is not a full deck there and I have turned in the trouble on yucca AZ happenings to Facebook authorities. Sorry for the drama but it's not mine.

Grew these leeks. Aren't they great? My wife makes Leek soup base, freezes it for winter. Got the seeds at CAL Ranch, Mini Leeks by Reneé. We like them better than regular leeks.
