Today, on Women’s Day, I celebrate two women who have shaped my life in ways words will never fully explain.

Adele — my first best friend.
Besides my parents, there is nobody I have known for longer.
My sister. My friend. My protector.
The keeper of my secrets, my history, my stories… and probably a few things I’d rather nobody else knew...
She has been there through chapters of my life that very few people have witnessed.
Long before business, before marriage, before children… there was my sister.

And then there is Deidre
My love.
My best friend.
My wife.
My business partner.
My prayer warrior.
The mother of Adam and Blake.
The woman who has stood beside me through the good, the bad, the uncertain and the downright difficult.
She knows the man behind the smile.
She knows my strengths… and every single one of my weaknesses...
And somehow, she still chooses me every day.

These two women are very different.
But they have one thing in common:
They make me stronger.
Their courage becomes my courage.
Their wisdom steadies me.
Their love reminds me who I am.
Their belief in me gives me the confidence to keep going when the road gets tough.
I often say I couldn't do what I do without the people around me.
But the truth is…
I couldn't do ANY of this without these two.

My sister.
My wife.
My family.
My inner circle.

Their strength is my superpower. ❤️
