Milk as it was meant to be.

Traditional cultures valued the milk of healthy, pasture-raised animals not only for its richness, but because it arrived intact with its natural enzymes still present to aid digestion. Pasteurisation, while useful for shelf life, removes many of these living enzymes.

We stock fresh milk from three farms that still honour this older understanding: A2 Dairy, Mysthill Farm, and Montague. Their cows graze on pasture, are raised without hormones or routine antibiotics, and are treated with care. The milk itself is left as close as possible to its natural state. Full-cream and minimally altered.

This is dairy that still carries the intelligence of the living food it once was.
