Mental Health Awareness Month
October is a reminder to pause and check in — not only with the people around us, but with ourselves too.
Mental health is an important part of our overall wellbeing, yet it is something we often don’t talk about enough. Sometimes, simply asking someone how they are doing, listening without judgement, or giving yourself permission to slow down can make a meaningful difference.
This month, we encourage open conversations around mental health and remind each other that it’s okay not to have everything figured out. Looking after your mind is just as important as looking after your body.
Let’s create space for better conversations, greater understanding, and healthier tomorrows.
