Well… it’s time to say goodbye to the man, the myth, the boss man himself – David! 🧢😎

Since joining us in 2021, Dave has been leading from the front through harvest chaos, long days, early starts and everything in between. He’s put in the hard yards, backed the crew, and somehow kept us all moving in the same direction!

From sheep wrangling to big decisions, he’s been a huge part of the Burlington Farm journey these past few years.

As he heads back to NSW to be with his family, we just want to say thank you. We’re grateful for the leadership, dedication and plenty of laughs along the way.

We’ll miss ewe, Dave! 🐑🌾💙

Burlington Farming are on the lookout for a skilled person (couples considered) to join a mixed farming team for an immediate start with work continuing until the end of May. For the right applicant, ongoing fulltime work or sponsorship opportunities may be available.

The Role:
We are a mixed farm with livestock and cropping so work will vary from tractor work (groundwork, bale stacking, mowing, and raking) to helping with livestock work including some yard work and feeding livestock.

Must have:
Previous tractor experience.
Can do attitude
Willingness to learn new skills on the job
Enjoy working in a small team
Be willing to help out in all areas of the farm where needed
Australian work rights

🌾🚜 Burlington are on the lookout for a skilled Machinery Operator for an immediate start with work continuing on until May. For the right applicant, ongoing fulltime work or sponsorship opportunities may be available.

The Role:
Machinery Operation - Groundwork & Sowing
Operating JD9420 & 6m Vaderstad Top Down, 6 Series JD’s for rolling, multi discing and land plaining. Operating a 7230R 6m Great Plain Spartan and a 6230R Gasparado Disc Drill for sowing.

Must have:
Farm Machinery experience is essential
Mechanically minded and happy to complete basic maintenance and with problem solving skills
Enjoy working in a small team be willing to help out in other areas of the farm where needed

We are looking for 1 person to join our Burlington Farm Team ASAP! The opportunity is for a skilled tractor operator with previous experience. Commencing immediately and employment going through until approximately mid May. There may be ongoing employment opportunities available for the right candidate.
