Have you ever been to Marion’s vineyard?! We have on numerous occasions with our Tamar Valley Discovery wine tour; and can easily recommend it. An amazing place of family and wine that is sure to impress with stories of starting, struggling and perseverance. “Fire in the belly” is a phrase that comes to mind when we think about the efforts of Marion (indefatigable Cypriot) and her late husband Mark (Californian dreamer) made to start Marion’s vineyard some 45 years ago. Handcrafted wine from calloused hands… we raise a glass to Marion Semmens in advance of Mother’s Day. Cheers everyone! 😎🍷
