A little letter to Flinders 🤎🥣✨
Our new cogs table display is inspired by something this community does so beautifully — when there’s a school stall, church fete, fundraiser, neighbour who needs a hand or simply an excuse to gather, Flinders gets baking.
We’ve filled the table with some of our favourite names for the kitchen — Official Maggie Beer , By Josephine | French Patisserie Baking Kits and plenty of beautiful gourmet baking finds.
And speaking of an old favourite… Tupperware is BACK! 🙌

And the words on our window say it better than we ever could…
In Flinders, when the call goes out,
The mixing bowls are taken down;
The ovens warm, the aprons tied,
And throughout the village kindness spreads.
For kindergarten stalls and church fete days,
Bright tables fill with homemade sweets,
Or for neighbours, friends and those in need,
With packages full of love and treats.
There’s sponge cake wrapped and labelled,
Slices packed in careful rows,
Jam drops, biscuits, scones and tarts,
All baked with open hearts.
Each cake is more than flour and eggs,
More than butter, fruit and spice,
It is neighbours helping neighbours,
And the heart of community life.
So here’s to Flinders, warm and true,
To every kitchen, heart and home;
To community, friends and helping hands,
The strongest threads through sea and sand. 🤎
