Something from the Ground Huon Valley Blueberry Orchard Established in 2007 'something from the ground' is situated in the Huon Valley, Tasmania, a valley rich in apple-growing history.

Our farm is the first blueberry orchard in the direct area. Our orchard was established in 2009, with our first small harvest in the 2012/2013 summer. The original dam was enlarged to give us water security and is the life blood of the farm. The dam is fed from the heavy winter rains, which originate from across the stormy Southern Ocean. This gives us pristine water for our blueberries to grow. The orchard will grow and come into full production over the next 3 years.

AUTUMN IN THE ORCHARD is going ahead tomorrow 🍂🫐

10am - 2pm

There maybe showers (the weather is very unpredictable these days) but 20 degrees, so if you have chairs or picnic blankets might pay to bring them if the grass is a bit damp.

FYI: AUTUMN IN THE ORCHARD this Sunday 17th May.

The weather is looking a little dubious 🤨 So we will make a call Saturday afternoon if the day will go ahead on Sunday.

If we do go ahead, bring chairs and picnic blankets if you have them as the ground maybe a bit damp.

What an incredible season we have had!! We cannot thank everyone enough for coming to enjoy PYO, ice cream and tractor rides.
We have, like every year loved every minute and have laughed so much.
