Hello Everyone,
This week’s menu kicks off with one of our most requested favourites — Japanese Soba Noodle Salad. Made with organic soba noodles, crisp fresh vegetables, and a delicious miso & ginger dressing, it’s perfect as a light meal on its own. For something more filling, simply add some fried tofu for a fresh, nourishing dinner.
With winter officially here, we’re excited to welcome back our Winter Vegetable & Lentil Soup for the first time this year. Soup season is already proving incredibly popular, so we’ll be capping orders — be sure to get in early if you have your heart set on a particular soup.
