We have a passion for cooking with seasonal produce and where possible we use home-grown, locally sourced and organic produce. Hello Everyone,

This week’s menu kicks off with one of our most requested favourites — Japanese Soba Noodle Salad. Made with organic soba noodles, crisp fresh vegetables, and a delicious miso & ginger dressing, it’s perfect as a light meal on its own. For something more filling, simply add some fried tofu for a fresh, nourishing dinner.

With winter officially here, we’re excited to welcome back our Winter Vegetable & Lentil Soup for the first time this year. Soup season is already proving incredibly popular, so we’ll be capping orders — be sure to get in early if you have your heart set on a particular soup.

For mains, we have a delicious lineup:

Curried Red Lentil & Sweet Potato Stew, rich and aromatic
The ever-popular Layered Vegetable Bake, which is gluten-free and also available as a vegan option — something for everyone!

Hello Everyone,

Our home-grown herbs are thriving after the recent rain, and we’re making the most of them with two fresh highlights: Quinoa Tabbouleh and Green Minestrone.

Our Quinoa Tabbouleh features organic Tasmanian-grown quinoa in place of traditional bulgur wheat and is bursting with freshly picked parsley and mint from the garden. It’s wonderfully versatile too — enjoy it on its own, add it to sandwiches or wraps, or serve it as the perfect side for your next BBQ.

Our Green Minestrone is packed with nourishing greens including parsley, broccoli and celery, then finished with our home-made mint and cashew vegan pesto for a fresh and flavourful finish.

The rest of this week’s menu is full of Home Harvest comfort food favourites, from our Creamy Cauliflower & Cheese Soup to our Carrot & Feta Lasagne. And if you love our Veggie Bolognaise and Sausage Rolls, now’s the time to stock up — they won’t be appearing on the menu together again for a little while as we make room for some of our newer dishes.

As Monday is a Public Holiday in Hobart, we’re extending our menu closing time until 2PM. So if you’ve got the day off, enjoy a sleep-in and take your time ordering!

Hello Everyone,

For our first winter menu, we’re bringing back some much-loved favourites — including one of our original market-day soups, Cream of Roasted Swede Soup. Made with locally grown swedes, roasted to bring out their natural sweetness, then blended with slow-cooked vegetables, fresh thyme, and finished with a dash of Ashgrove cream. (A vegan option is also available without the cream.)

For mains, the much-requested spicy African Peanut Stew returns — rich, warming, and perfect served with couscous or scooped up with warm flatbread. If you’re after something a little milder but equally comforting, our creamy Vegetable Stroganoff is back too. It includes tofu for extra heartiness, but we’re happy to leave it out — just add a note when ordering.

In our bakes this week, we have the gluten-free Borlotti Bean Moussaka alongside the vegan Risoni, Spinach & Tomato Bake. And finally, Bill’s Vegetarian Sausage Rolls are back on this menu — perfect for stocking the freezer while you can!

Hello Everyone,

We’ve worked hard to create a menu that truly caters to everyone this week — fresh, spicy, creamy, gluten-free and vegan options to keep the whole household happy.

To start we have our crisp and colourful Asian Peanut Slaw, perfect as a fresh side or add some pan-fried tofu for a light lunch.

For soup lovers, we have three warming favourites to choose from:

Indian Pea & Potato Soup
Minestrone
Roasted Pumpkin, Carrot & Orange Soup

Back by popular demand is our hearty Red Bean Chilli — ideal for tacos, burritos, enchiladas, or simply served over rice with a dollop of sour cream. It also freezes beautifully, so it’s the perfect one to stock up on while you can.

Comfort food lovers will be happy to see the return of our delicious Vegetable Crumble, alongside the satisfying Butter Bean, Corn & Egg Casserole — a gluten-free bake that’s comfort food at its best.

Hello Everyone,

We’ve had lots of requests for these dishes, so thank you for all your feedback — we’re excited to share this week’s menu with you.

First up is our Roasted Vegetable & Chickpea Salad, perfect served as a light meal or alongside your favourite dishes. We’re also bringing back our Broccoli, Peanut & Apple Soup, made with our home-grown apples. Mildly spiced and full of flavour, it’s a real taste sensation.

While local eggplants are still available, we’re making the most of the season with our Eggplant Lasagne with Pistachio Pesto — rich, comforting and packed with flavour.

For our gluten-free vegan customers, we have a second bake - the hearty Mushroom & Lentil Shepherd’s Pie. And for an easy vegan pastry option, we have our Spanakopita Pies — perfect to keep in the freezer for a simple Friday night meal.

The menu is open for orders until 12:00pm on Monday 18th May.
