From Monday, we’re adding something a little extra at Shore Fresh — some of our seafood will now be available COOKED TO ORDER for lunch!
Just to be clear… we’re not turning into a traditional fish & chip shop or takeaway store. 🐟
Fresh seafood will always be the heart of Shore Fresh and our primary offering. This is simply a new addition, giving you another way to enjoy some of the beautiful seafood we already sell.
⏰ LUNCH SERVICE�Monday – Friday | 10am – 2pm
We’ll be starting with a soft launch, giving our team a chance to settle into the new kitchen, find our feet and gradually build the menu.

Choose from:
🐟 Local Mackay Caught Red Throat Emperor�Battered or crumbed, served with crispy potato chips + a can of soft drink.

As we go along, we’ll be introducing lots of different cooked seafood options and making more of our favourites fresh to order.

Our house-made creamy seafood chowder will eventually be making its comeback, along with our creamy garlic prawns and curry prawns with rice.
We’re also working towards making our own seafood pies and smoking our own fish onsite. 🙌
We want to take our time with this, have some fun with it and bring you something a little different — while still remaining the fresh seafood store you know us for. 💙
