RUBICON 🔴 DDH Hazy Double IPA

Rubicon is back and once again hopped to the gills with some of the most potent NZ hops we could get our hands on! Over the top rich with classic NZ thiol forward fruit character. Big stonefruit character layered over pithy mango and citrus with that savoury edge that we always love!

Oozing with decadent chocolate and coconut macaroon flavours this unctuous imperial dessert stout is the perfect companion for sitting by the record player on a dark winter's night. This year's release includes a blend of toasted and un-toasted coconuts for additional complexity.

KEIN PROBLEM❗️Kolsch-style Ale

This traditional Kolsch-style ale is brewed using the finest Cologne and Pilsner malts and lightly hopped with classic Mittelfruh hops for as much German character as we can achieve outside of Cologne!

CONTROL FREAK 👋🏽 CALIFORNIA IPA

This Cali IPA was fermented with a Kolsch yeast strain for a very clean, bright base beer. Dry and moderately bitter with a fun old school/new school hop combo of Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin bringing some pine, dank, savoury and fruity elements all rolled in together.

If you've visited lately, you might have noticed our fresh new batch of tees! We've updated our Good Beer Good Times design and printed tees in a couple of fun colourways. Here's the light grey marle with lilac design as modelled by Brendan (definitely his favourite part of owning a brewery 🥴).

ESCAPE PLAN ⛰️ HAZY PALE ALE

The second release in our Hazy Pale Expedition Series sees relative newcomer Manilita leading the way, with old faithful Motueka providing solid support from the co-driver's seat. Think stonefruit and tropical character layered over zesty citrus with some subtle floral top notes. As always, hopped like an IPA but easy drinking like a pale ale should be!
