It’s that time of year again where we slip back into our winter trading hours. Midweek beers had a solid run, but Wednesdays are on ice until things warm up again.

Taproom is now pouring Thursday through Sunday. Still plenty of time to get stuck into it, just means you’ll have to wait an extra day (builds character).

Takeaways are still rolling every day, so the fridge never has to be empty.

Thursday: 4pm–9pm
Friday: 11:30am-10pm

And our good mate Stefan from Brisket & Brawn BBQ will be smoking his amazing briskets and more all weekend.

The powers that be have decided this is now a long weekend!
So extra days for us to toast the ANZACs.

Saturday: Early doors at 10am plus 2-up in the afternoon once the crowd rolls in.
Sunday: We'll be open from 11:30am, playing as many Aussie rock anthems as we can find.
Monday: We'll open the taproom up at 11:30am

The Brisket and Brawn BBQ Co. are back in the brewery doing what they do best, low and slow, no shortcuts.

Proper Texas-style BBQ, smoked brisket, burnt ends, and a lineup that doesn’t miss. It’s rich, messy, and built for a couple of cold ones.
