FOXES DEN IS 15. 🦊
On 1 September 2011, we opened the doors to our first little store in Elwood.
Fifteen years later, it’s difficult to put into words what that small beginning has become.
There have been four stores, countless salads, a lot of roast chickens, new kitchens, new products, a move into wholesale, some incredibly challenging years, interstate expansion and more meals made than we could possibly count.
Today, you’ll find Foxes Den in more than 500 retail partners—and in the fridges of Fast Foodies every week.
But businesses aren’t really built from stores, kitchens or numbers.
They’re built by people.
And over 15 years, so many people have helped build Foxes Den.
Our extraordinary team, past and present. Our retail partners. Our suppliers. Our families and friends. And our customers—the people who kept coming back, told their friends, gave us feedback, tried something new and allowed our food to become part of their lives.
We’re enormously proud of how far we’ve come.
But perhaps even more excited about where we’re going.
The way Foxes Den looks today is very different from 2011. The belief underneath it isn’t.
Great food shouldn’t be something you have to compromise on just because life is busy.
Thank you for 15 incredible years.
