New world, old favourite.
Our New World Dry Gin was the first gin we ever made. Packed with juniper, pink peppercorn, orange, and lavender. It’s bright, fresh, and makes a very good G&T. 🍸

We’re pumped to announce that Dutch Rules has been shortlisted for the 2026 International Gin Producer Trophy at the IWSC - International W**e & Spirit Competition.

To see Dutch Rules recognised among some of the world’s best gin producers is a massive deal for us, and one we’re incredibly proud of. A massive congratulations to everyone shortlisted, especially Never Never McLaren Vale and Island Gin, flying the flag for distilleries on our side of the world.

A huge thank you to our team, suppliers, and everyone who’s poured, mixed, and enjoyed a Dutch Rules gin along the way.

Cheers! 🍸

Handmade from scratch, right here in the Dutch Rules kitchen.

Chef Noah whips up our Chocolate Swiss Roll, filled with salted caramel and served with our house-made fenugreek ice cream.

The kind of dessert that you’ll want to save some room for.
