Something special is coming to the distillery. For one night only, guest chef Dulan joins our own chef Viveik for a collaborative tasting menu celebrating the bold, vibrant flavours of Sri Lanka.

Expect spice, warmth and plenty of flavour over a 5-course dinner, with dishes including fresh ceviche, Jalapeno focaccia, and coconut curry tortellini.
