on Friday 10 April from 6-9pm for a special dining and storytelling experience with Dunalley Bay Distillery.

Gin, native botanicals, coastal flavours and stories of place. Meet the Makers behind Dunalley Bay Distillery in a hyperlocal dining event celebrating Turrakana/Tasman Peninsula produce.

Enjoy a four‑course dinner curated by chef, John Churchill, that brings together craft gin, native botanicals and Asian‑influenced coastal cuisine. As you dine, Sandra and Mark from Dunalley Bay Distillery will share stories of their distilling journey and the regeneration of the Dunalley community after the 2013 bushfires.

Set against the sweeping views from 1830 Restaurant at Port Arthur Historic Site, the evening offers an immersive dining experience shaped by the seasonal shift into autumn.

🎉 Ready for another amazing Friday? Join us for our Whisky Happy Hour & Meal this Feb 27th! 🍽️🥃 between 5.30pm - 7.30pm

First Friday week’s kickoff was a fantastic success, and we couldn’t have done it without your amazing support! This Friday, indulge in our delicious Authentic Thai Panang Fish or Chicken Curry served with fragrant Jasmine rice. 🌾

Not a fan of spice? No worries! Our curry is super mild for the little ones and those who prefer a gentler flavour. And for our spice lovers, we’ll have hot chili available on the side! 🌶️

Don’t miss out on our crowd-favourite Asian-style banana fritters! 🍌 They disappeared quickly last time, but we’ll have plenty this week!
