Today we’re celebrating the humble potato — the crop that has fed generations, supported farming families, and, in our case, inspired a very special spirit.

At Hellfire Bluff Distillery, our Potato Vodka starts its journey in the rich soils of our family farm before being carefully crafted into a smooth, premium vodka right here in Tasmania.

From paddock to bottle, every drop tells a story of hard work, innovation, and a passion for doing things differently.

This 10 Year Vodka bottle is a reflection of everything we’ve learnt along the way — the mistakes we’ve made, the lessons we’ve taken, and the hard work that’s gone into every single batch.

Potato Vodka isn’t an easy process, but we’ve never been afraid of hard work. Over the past decade we’ve continued to learn, grow, and push ourselves to create something we’re truly proud of.
