🥃 RUM IN THE MAKING…

This is where the magic (and science 🧪) starts.

During fermentation, our little yeasties get to work eating all that delicious sugar from the molasses.

And what do they leave behind?
👉 Alcohol
👉 Carbon dioxide

Basically, the yeast has a massive feed and we get rum out the other end. Seems like a pretty good deal to us. 😂🤙

From molasses → fermentation → distillation → barrel → bottle 🥃
