Located in Scottsdale, Tasmania our venue offers tastings and takeaways as well as pizzas and grazing platters. Little Rivers Brewing Co’s boutique beers and spirits are made with local, regional ingredients and pristine water sources from the Forester River in north east Tasmania. Here, the water filter
s down through the rock formations of Mount Scott, filtering the water before it enters the river and runs through to the sea. Little Rivers products are made by locals with local and imported ingredients. We use a natural fermentation process, which takes a bit longer, but means we don’t need to add any nasties (you know the things that give a terrible hangover). We use local, seasonal ingredients where possible and thanks to the farmers in the region we have an abundance of fresh produce to choose from. We are surrounded by all the good things, a stones through from the famous Pipers River w**e route, internationally recognized golf courses Barnbougle Dunes and Lost Farm and how could we forget the world renowned Blue Derby mountain bike trails.
