Welcome to Gambit W**es!

After 15 years in the w**e industry I’ve started a w**e making and distribution business; initially focussed on small parcels of w**es from South Australia, especially the Barossa and Eden Valleys. These w**es have been made in collaboration with Corey Ryan at the Sons of Eden w**ery.

Good fruit, made simply with little or no oak in order to make delicious, approachable w**es.

Cheers,
Sanjay Chhabra
