A modern ode to Asian comfort — silken tofu, oat milk, and sugar syrup with smooth, earthy Kaizen matcha.

Light. Comforting and vegan-friendly.

Ingredients (Serves 1)
• 80ml oat milk (or any milk you like)
• 3-4 full tbsp of tofu pudding
• 10ml sugar syrup (adjust to taste)
• 3-4g Kaizen matcha powder
• 40ml hot water at 80°C for the matcha
• Ice to fill

🍵 Preparing the drink
1. In a seperate bowl, prepare the matcha with the hot water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
2. In a cup, add the tofu pudding, pour in your sugar syrup & add ice.
3. Slowly layer the matcha over the top.
4. Watch the swirl. Take a photo. Then sip.

It’s nostalgia in a glass — soft, balanced, and quietly bold in its simplicity.
