A few highlight dishes from the last few weeks. Event menus, past & present, testing for new Spring menu and just having a bit of fun!

Melbourne Cup Luncheon with Sydney City Lexus 🏆

We had our live sashimi station. Is there anything better than fresh fish?! It was accommodated by dashi dressing and pineapple mignonette, the perfect trio.
