Deviant Distillery is Australia's first green tech distillery, founded by a passionate Tasmanian entrepreneur with a desire to innovate the whisky making process. Our 'Chief Science Guy' - a distiller and former industrial chemist, has produced Australia's first advance maturation technology, which can produce a product identical to an authentically aged whisky in weeks, not years. Our proprietary processes recreate and speed up the natural barrel ageing process, producing a beverage identical to a traditionally aged whisky, without the need for any additional ingredients or chemical additives. Hand Crafted

Handcrafted from grain to bottle, our product is mashed, fermented and distilled, before being carefully crafted with our technology - all done onsite at Deviant Distillery. We use nothing but pure Tasmanian water, barley and yeast - plus seasoned oak casks. Sustainable

We've designed innovative solutions to make our distillery sustainable and environmentally conscious, with the capacity to reduce waste by up to 90%.
