DIPA with Nelson Sauvin and CIP 076 (NZ)ā 
8.2% ABVā

Take a ride with us while we dose this DIPA with hops that complement one another perfectly: The tried and true Nelson from Freestyle, and a funky little test hop out of Clayton Farms.ā 
ā 
CIP 076 is framed as a hop that brings more subtle notes of orange blossom, peach, a light vanilla, carried by an overarching tropical note. CIP076 provides multiple layers of soft citrus, met with the white grape profile of the Nelson. ā 
ā 
So cool and pillowy-soft, Pastureland is a DIPA that diverges just enough to keep things interesting, while maintaining what makes a good Double IPA by our standards. ā
