The YCAP Market features food and products made by clients who are learning to cook and prepare homemade quality meals under the guidance of Red Seal chefs. Clients typically come from challenging backgrounds and are learning important life and employment skills. Here at YCAP market every dollar you spend goes back into programs that help train young people in cooking, managing the store front and general life skills. Every 15 dollars spent pays for an hours pay of training that helps our trainees find skills for life and a place of belonging! Thank you so much for your support!
