Number 5 has definitely been the hardest to prioritize but it has made the biggest difference in my life ✨
1. Making health a part of my identity, so healthy choices feel easy
2. Choosing foods based on how they make me feel after
3. Treating walks like therapy, not cardio
4. Realizing consistency matters more than perfection
5. Protecting my nervous system instead of glorifying stress
